Susan J. Noonan, MD, MPH, discusses how schedules can be vital for patients who struggle with day-to-day tasks. Her top tip is to keep to their set schedule, even when they do not feel like it.
Dr Noonan is a physician consultant and Certified Peer Specialist in the Department of Psychiatry at McLean Hospital and the Massachusetts General Hospital.
