Is anxiety related to the election a true phenomenon?

As the fall approaches, so does election season. With so much uncertainty thanks to COVID-19 and other issues in this country, there is talk of “election anxiety.”

1. Are you concerned about the upcoming presidential elections?

A. I am very worried, and I am doing something productive about it

B. I am very worried, but I am not doing anything

C. I am concerned, but not terribly so

D. I pay no attention to politics
