The Schizophrenia & Psychosis Action Alliance shatters the barriers to treatment, survival & recovery. Founded in 2008, S&PAA is the only organization focusing solely on schizophrenia. We advance systemic change and promote recovery through research, education & care, and advocacy & public policy, impacting the lives of those with schizophrenia and psychosis spectrum disorders and their loved ones.
